Consultation Services

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our consultation services. If you're not completely satisfied with your initial consultation, we'll provide a full refund within 7 days of the service.

Restoration Services

For console restoration services:

• 50% refund available if work hasn't begun (within 48 hours of payment)
• No refund once restoration work has commenced
• We guarantee our restoration work for 90 days
• Free repair if issues arise due to our workmanship

Authentication Services

Authentication services are final once the report is delivered. However, if you believe there was an error in our authentication, we'll re-examine the item at no additional charge within 30 days.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within the applicable refund period
2. Provide your service details and reason for refund
3. Allow 5-10 business days for refund processing
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Custom modification services
• Services where specific results cannot be guaranteed
• Change of mind after services are completed
